Oodelally is a five-piece rock band from Portland, Maine. Angular, textural, and dynamic, they draw influence from bluegrass/fiddle tunes, Black Country New Road, prog, and Florence + The Machine. They play with harmonies and odd timings, remaining fluid and genre-bending. Featuring eclectic instrumentation (electric violin, accordion, flute, and 3 vocalists) and intriguing melodies, they envision a future of rock music that knows no bounds or binaries.
First Friday: Immigrant Institutions Tour

How long does it take to become a community? Who gets to be from a mill town? Take a tour of downtown Turners Falls through the institutions that immigrants built in the 19th and 20th centuries. Meet DCR staff outside the Great Hall for this 1.1-mile guided walk. Ages 8 and up.
