Featuring eclectic instrumentation (electric violin\, accordion\, flute\, and 3 vocalists) and intriguing melodies\, they envision a future of rock music that knows no bounds or binaries.\n\nFirst Friday: Immigrant Institutions Tour\n\nGreat Falls Discovery Center\n\n2 Avenue A\, 4-5:30 p.m.\n\nHow long does it take to become a community? Who gets to be from a mill town? Take a tour of downtown Turners Falls through the institutions that immigrants built in the 19th and 20th centuries. Meet DCR staff outside the Great Hall for this 1.1-mile guided walk. Ages 8 and up.\n\nBites\, Bevs\, & Witchy Movies\n\nDreamhouse Restaurant\n\n37 Third Street\, 5-8 p.m.\n\nEnjoy your favorites small bites and drinks from Dreamhouse while enjoying a collection of witchy movies playing at the bar!\n\nReception for "Open Up" : an installation by Lo Roux\n\nWaterway Arts\n\n102 Avenue A\, 5-8 p.m\n\nMeet the artist and enjoy the free art activity in the studio.\n\nLocal Live Hip-Hop Showcase\n\nMusic Connection\n\n187 Avenue A\, 6-9 p.m.\n\nAn immersive night into local hip-hop culture. Showcasing some of the most talented local hip-hop artists in western mass! Lineup includes Unagi\, Dome Lettuce\, D Toro Bravo\, Ricci Rock\, and Hymn.\n\nSpooky stories\, Crafting\, & Movies\n\nTwo Ghosts Vinyl Cafe\n\n104 Avenue A\, 6-8 p.m.\n\nLocal artist/musician "Name Secrets" reading spooky stories called The Spooky Basement.
