Principles of Strength Training
M/W, 10/23-12/20 (no class 11/12), 2:00-3:30 pm. Builds upon HFW 106 Principles of Strength Training I and incorporate weight training and other various exercises to create sound strategies and personal program design practices for improving fitness. This is the non-credit option of HFW 116. Special Requirement: Students participate in movement every class.
