Kid Mountain! The Hike
You've just arrived at Mohawk Trail State Forest for the weekend! You're full of energy you need to get out! The first thing we do: climb a mountain. Kid Mountain (real name: Thumper Mountain) is a perfectly-sized peak for the whole family: easy enough to be fun, challenging enough to be rewarding. We keep this hike slow enough for everyone by playing lots of games along the way and finding plenty of cool nature sights to see. Whatever age you are, we'll find the kind of fun that fits you.
