Please join us to learn about the Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP) and the grants available to upskill your Massachusetts workforce, and improve your business as a result. The WTFP helps address business productivity and competitiveness by providing resources to Massachusetts businesses to fund training for current and newly hired employees. In order to qualify, businesses must contribute to the Fund. This information session will provide an overview of all of the Workforce Training Fund programs. The information session covers the following WTFP grant programs: General Program; Express Program; Direct Access Program; Technical Assistance Grant. The Franklin Hampshire Career Center, in collaboration with CareerPoint, welcomes Kristen O’Neil Rayne, Outreach Manager, and Workforce Training Fund Program at Commonwealth Corporation. Kristen is a graduate of Northeastern University’s Dukakis Center for Urban and Regional Policy where she focused on Workforce Development.
