Free Bollywood Dance Class in Greenfield
Join instructor Aisha for a FREE, lunchtime hour-long session of Doonya: The Bollywood Workout. No experience necessary. Follow along to cardio & conditioning intervals of varying intensity, each activating major muscle groups of the abs, arms and legs.
