A History, and Sampling, of Chocolate - Virtually
A History, and Sampling, of Chocolate
Join Arms Library and Mo's Fudge Factor, both of Shelburne Falls, for an interactive discussion and sampling of the history of chocolate.
The history of chocolate dates back to Mesoamerica where it was very different from the confection we know today.
The program will be virtual but will include tasting samples that should be picked up at Mo's or at Arms Library. We will be learning about chocolate's fascinating history as well as trying a wide range of cocoa samples throughout the program.
The program will include some history, some geography and some food science as well as a few recipes to try at home.
There is no charge for the samples, as a library supporter has donated for that. Thanks to Mo for developing and leading the program!.
Please call Arms Library at 413-625-0306, for more information and to R.S.V.P., or Mo's Fudge Factor for their hours. Mo's number is 413-625-6645. You may also email armslibrary@gmail.com.
An email with Zoom information will be sent to those who wish to participate.
