The Radical Inter-Connectedness Fest
The Radical Interconnectedness Festival offers the opportunity for artists to address the concerns of marginalized communities through a wide variety of experiential forms: theater, music, installation, dance, poetry, etc all presented within walking distance in alternative venues, storefronts, & Shea Theatre.
We invited stories that engage issues of race, age, gender, religion, economic class, & aspects of cultural identity that have been suppressed.
It takes place on April 26 and 27, 2019 in a variety of spaces including the Shea Theatre. A $20 ticket gets you into all events all weekend long. More info and tickets soon. Followed by a conversation with the artists and humanist scholars (who place the conversation into context) on April 28, 2019. More on that soon, too. The conversation has received a grant from mass humanities!
