Lightroom Photographers
Th, 10/4–11/8 (no class 10/18), 6:00–8:30 pm, 5 sessions. Bring your laptop with the current version of Adobe Lightroom and gain a basic mastery of downloading, organizing, managing, developing and presenting your photography. Adobe Lightroom is an essential software tool for serious photographers. Learn workflow techniques to quickly edit, import, sort, view, rate, compare and organize your images. Learn how to make adjustments and enhancements to your images by following a step by step workflow and how to use advanced techniques to optimize your images. We will use real world examples to ensure that the learning experience is fun, engaging, and effective. This course is ideal for beginners through intermediate users or those who want a refresher on how to use the software. Basic computer skills required (file location and saving, using a mouse, basic navigation skills).Course Requirements: Laptop Computer with Adobe Lightroom software installed. Students can use a FREE trial version for the class and then choose to purchase Lightroom Version 6 ($99-$149) or Creative Cloud ($9.99/mo.) for their own use.
