Connect with your breath, body, mind and nature in this outdoor yoga series, led by Janice Doubleday, certified yoga instructor and Northfield Mountain’s Kim Noyes. This series will strengthen our connection to the natural world and explore the vitality and beauty of the forests, fields and riverside at Northfield Mountain. Gentle stretches and outdoor standing poses will be interspersed with walking and exploring seasonal highlights. Relax and rejuvenate - join us for one or more sessions this summer. Wear comfortable walking shoes, dress in layers and comfortable clothes, bring water and a yoga mat or towel. This class is appropriate for all levels. Each class will visit a different location. Total length of each walk is less than one mile with an elevation gain of 100 feet. In case of rain, please bring an umbrella or rain gear for a shortened outdoor experience followed by indoor yoga.
