ChokeSaver Course for Food Service Providers
Our ChokeSaver/Emergencies for Restaurants course satisfies the Massachusetts Food Establishment Regulation 105 CMR 590.009(E).
We cover several methods of choking relief as well as emergencies commonly seen in food service environments including: burns, bleeding, anaphylaxis/epipen administration, slips and falls and more. Also included is Narcan administration.
This class is highly experiential and students consistently leave reporting how useful it is for life in and out of food service.
