Annual Langstroh Bee Fest
Join the fun as we learn about bees, bee health, and what to plant in your gardens to attract them. Kids enjoy a Pollinator Parade (come dressed as a bee or butterfly), KDS dance performance, make bee crafts, take a turn at the Bee Pinata, and more. Adults hear from bee experts. Keynote is Kim Flottum, editor of Bee Culture Magazine, get gardening tips, special awards by Franklin County Beekeepers, and take a chance on the incredible raffle baskets with bee-themed items, some valued at $250.00. Honor the inventor of the beeframe, Rev. Langstroth on his 270th birthday.
