Saturday: 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Buildings include Roundhouse, Youth Hall, Fish & Wildlife, Dole Building, Baby Barnyard, Grandstand, Poultry, and Rabbits.
The Fair Museum, located near the show ring, is open:

Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.

There is no set closing time for the fair, though generally it's open until at least 9pm on Thursday and Sunday, and at least 10pm on Friday and Saturday. Poor weather may result in an earlier closing time.
