DESCRIPTION:Presented by Franklin County's YMCA. This is the Y's 30th anniversary of the national initiative to improve health and well-being for children and families.\n\nThe Y hopes to get more kids moving and learning\, creating healthy habits.\n\n"Healthy Kids Day" is a fun\, free community-wide event. They are partnering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Franklin County to provide 100 free bikes to area kids. Parents and guardians must reserve a time to pick out a bicycle for their child call 413-773-3636 or visit your-y.org/hkd. The bikes are ideal for children ages 3-10.The Greenfield Kiwanis Club will also provide free helmets.\n\n\n\nThere will also be a bounce house and an aquatic-themed photo booth. A performance by the YMCA Gymnastic Team along with a food and bake sale fundraiser.\n\nThere will be zumba demonstration\, and opportunity to pet ducks from a local duck sanctuary\, and visit the Greenfield Police Department's newest comfort dog Office Ripon.
