DESCRIPTION:Every Second Saturday of the month\, come to Shelburne Falls to shop\, play\, eat\, explore\, and more! Shelburne Falls is a place where you can meet the artists/curators themselves and get a behind-the-scenes understanding of their craft.\nThe Women's Short Film Festival\n\nFeaturing short films written and/or directed by women filmmakers. A first for New England\, this mini-film festival will screen films under twenty minutes in length that address the theme of LOVE.\n\nSelected from over 900 entries\, the first Women's Short Film Festival will feature films with many points of view!  Family-friendly.  Free Popcorn!\n\nTime:  Afternoon (exact start time TBA- probably around 2:00pm but check back)\n\nProduced by West County Arts & Culture\, a new subsidiary of the Greater Shelburne Falls Area Business Association\, which presents visual and performing art happenings in the Hilltowns of Western Massachusetts. Special thanks to Women in Film and Video: New England (WIFVNE)\, Hermes Strategic Communications\, Sophia Lanza-Weil\, Des Buford\, Sarah Kanabay\, Linda Dunlavy\, and Shira Lander.\n\nH.A.T.C.H. 2 Community Art Launch Party\n\nWHEN:  5pm   7pm Presentations begin at 5:30pm.\n\nWHAT: Come hear about the winning projects selected for the second round of H.A.T.C.H.!\n\nH.A.T.C.H. (Hilltown Art & Thriving Community Happenings)\, a pilot program designed to inspire\, support\, and help fund creative projects that engage the hilltown communities of western Franklin County\, announces its second round of projects! Come to the party where you'll meet the artists\, hear about their projects\, and have a chance to get involved (if so inclined).  We'll have snacks and beverages to add to the festivities!\n\nThe program supports the development\, refinement\, and launching of projects brought forward by artists and other community members and is funded\, in part\, by a Massachusetts Cultural Council Adams Grant.  HATCH is a collaboration between The Art Garden\, Phyllis Labanowski\, and The Greater Shelburne Falls Area Business Association.\n\nThe Shad Ladder Radio Hour\n\nAttend the first ever live performance of The Shad Ladder Radio Hour\, a new\, monthly\, variety-style radio program and podcast featuring stories and talent from Western Mass.\n\nCurtain at 7:30\n\nTICKET INFORMATION:\n\nFabulous February Film Festival - $10\n\nH.A.T.C.H.2 Community Event - $5\n\nShad Ladder Radio Hour - $12\n\nOR attend all 3 for $20!
