DESCRIPTION:Learn and practice techniques for supporting group discussions and decision-making. We'll cover the role of a facilitator\, basic facilitation skills\, agenda design and time management\, and dealing with challenging facilitation situations. In this experiential workshop\, there will be opportunities for practice\, sharing knowledge\, and beginning to explore different facilitation styles and the contexts in which we do facilitation work (running meetings or support groups\, group conflict resolution or decision-making\, dialogue\, etc.).
