DESCRIPTION:Skip the Small Talk & Grab a Paddle\n\nSkip the boring bar room business card swap  our first Chamber Field Trip proves Franklin County leaders are all paddling in the same direction.\n\n\n\nIntroducing Chamber Field Trips\n\nA new series of non-traditional networking experiences designed to help Chamber members connect and discover (or rediscover!) the incredible businesses\, destinations\, and outdoor adventures that make Franklin County Western MA's most fun place to live\, work\, and visit.\n\n\n\nFirst Stop: Whitewater Rafting with Crab Apple\n\nOn Friday\, July 24\, we're teaming up with Crab Apple Whitewater for a trip down the Deerfield River's Fife Brook section\, one of Franklin County's signature outdoor adventures.\n\n\n\nBring the Office. Or Escape It. \n\nSpend the day discovering your own backyard.\n\nBring your coworkers. \n\nBring your whole team.\n\nBring your family (ages 8+).\n\nOr just bring yourself. However you show up\, you'll be in good company.\n\n\n\nYes. You Can Do This. \n\nOwners Frank and Jenn say the Fife Brook trip is great for first-timers and experienced rafters alike\, with just the right mix of exciting rapids\, calm stretches\, great scenery\, and plenty of photo ops to make your LinkedIn connections just a little jealous.\n\n\n\nRafter we wrap up on the water\, we'll share lunch and compare river stories before ending the adventure around 3:30PM.\n\n\n\nThink of it as team building\, local exploring\, and networking...with a splash!\n\n\n\nDay Trip Details:\n\n  10:15am   3:30pm\, Friday\, July 24th\n\n  Crab Apple Whitewater\, 2056 Mohawk Trail\, Charlemont\n\n  Exclusive Chamber Member Rate: $75 per person (regularly $125)\n\n        Open to Chamber members and family members (ages 8+)\n\n  Guided whitewater rafting adventure\n\n  Beginner-friendly Class I-III rapids\n\n  All rafting equipment provided\n\n  Lunch\, laughs\, and thrills included\n\n \n\nRaft Capacity:\n\nRafts hold 6 to 8 people. Register a full crew\, and you'll have your own raft. Come solo or with a smaller group\, and we'll pair you with other Chamber members. Who knows?
