SUMMARY:Bowl for Kids' Sake 2016 - Bowling in Wonderland
DESCRIPTION:Each spring\, for over 30 years\, the French King Bowling Center has been the hub for a day of bowling\, fun and prizes! In 2016 we have added a fun\, West County evening event at the historic Shelburne Falls Bowling Alley\, all in the name of raising money to support mentoring for local children.\n\nHow Does It Work?\n\nForm a team of 4 or 5 people. Choose a location and date. If you are coming to Erving\, choose a 90 minute bowling slot between 11 and 5 on April 16th. If you are coming to Shelburne Falls\, choose either 6pm or 7pm on April 22. Keep in mind that these dates are in two different locations! \n\nRaise money for your team. Compete with each other or collaborate to raise money. Ask family\, friends\, coworkers\, work-out buddies\, etc. If you don't want to collect pledges you can just make a gift that is meaningful to you. Just reach the minimum goal of $75 per bowler. Bring all donations on April 16.\n\nBowling in Wonderland?\n\n\n\nAlice in Wonderland is 150 years old!\n\nOur theme celebrates this beloved story. Each bowler will get a copy of the book: choice of young reader\, coloring\, or classic\, OR bowlers can donate the books to be distributed to children in Franklin County and the North Quabbin!\n\nPrizes!\n\nWe will award prizes for Alice in Wonderland-themed costumes\, as well as randomly drawn door prizes. We also give prizes to top fundraisers! There will be fundraising incentives for all participants!
